MEET RACHEL
Rachel L. Jacobs is a multi award-winning audiobook narrator, actor and voiceover artist.
She primarily works in audiobook narration and has recorded over 400 titles working in many genres from children’s literature to non-fiction - young adult - fantasy and more. She is an Audies Award winner, a multiple Earphones Award Winner, an ALA Notable Recording & a Parent’s Choice Awards winner. As an avid audiobook listener since she was a child and her love of her work clearly comes through in every story she touches. Rachel has a BA in Theatre with a focus in Shakespeare and Musical Theater, she has performed on stages all over the world.
Notable projects include: Audie Award Winner: No Two Persons by Erica Bauermeister, Brandon Sanderson’s The Dark One: Forgotten, Andrea Beaty’s Rosie Revere Engineer, Karen M. McManus’s You’ll Be The Death of Me among many others — and is the voice behind the novelizations of: Jurassic World: Maisie Lockwood Adventures; Dreamworks’ Shera and The Princesses of Power; Disney’s Lizzie McGuire and Maryellen™ - The American Girl.
In addition to her voiceover work, Rachel has toured in productions in the United States, Hong Kong, and China, playing title roles in Charlotte’s Web, Sleeping Beauty and Rumplestiltskin. On stage, she recently performed as Cindy Lou Who in Universal Studios’ “Grinchmas” and as Goldilocks in the musical production of Goldilocks and the Three Bears at Theatre West.
